At Desire After Dark, we understand that discretion matters.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
Our business name and the contents of your parcel will not be displayed on the outside of the package wherever possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During sales or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside our control.
Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
Additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses may be payable by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the delay.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

contact us within 7 days.
Authority to Leave
If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once delivery has been completed.
Special Order Products
Some products offered by Desire After Dark are available by special order and are sourced specifically at a customer's request.
To commence a special order, a non-refundable deposit of $100 AUD is required. This deposit confirms your intention to purchase and allows us to source products on your behalf.
Once your requested items have been confirmed, we will issue an invoice detailing the specific products and the remaining balance owing. Full payment of the invoice is required before any products are ordered from our suppliers.
As special order products are purchased specifically for individual customers, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after full payment has been received, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
This process ensures we are not left holding stock that has been specially sourced for customers who later decide not to proceed. If you choose not to continue after paying the initial $100 deposit, the deposit will be retained to cover the time and administrative costs associated with sourcing and preparing your order.
Estimated delivery timeframes for special order products will be provided where possible but may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping times.
International Orders
At this time, Desire After Dark ships within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
