How It Works

Step 1

Purchase the Special Order Deposit and complete checkout.

A $100 non-refundable administration fee is required before we begin sourcing products on your behalf.

Step 2

Complete the Special Order Request Form using the link below and provide as much detail as possible about the product(s) you're looking for.

Step 3

We'll contact our trusted suppliers, check availability and prepare a personalised quote for your requested items.

Step 4

We'll email you an invoice for the remaining balance.

Step 5

Once your invoice has been paid in full, we'll place your order and keep you updated until your items are ready for dispatch or collection.

Please Note

• The $100 administration fee is non-refundable.

• This fee covers the time and resources required to source products specifically for your request.

• The administration fee is not deducted from the cost of your order.

• Special order items are purchased specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Product availability is subject to supplier stock levels at the time your order is placed.
