How It Works

• Add the Special Order Deposit to your cart and complete checkout. A $100 non-refundable administration fee is required before we begin sourcing products on your behalf.
• Complete the Special Order Request Form using the link below, providing as much detail as possible about the item(s) you're looking for.
• We'll source the requested products through our trusted Australian suppliers and email you a personalised invoice for the remaining balance.
• Once your invoice has been paid in full, we'll place your order with our supplier and keep you updated until your items are ready for dispatch or collection.

Special orders are sourced specifically for you and are subject to supplier availability. Prices may vary depending on supplier pricing and freight costs.

Please note: The $100 administration fee is non-refundable and covers the time and resources involved in sourcing custom products. As special order items are purchased specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
