Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the product has been dispatched, delivered or collected.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with their order number and photos of the issue.

Faulty or damaged items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Special Orders

Special order items may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered from the supplier. This will be communicated at the time of the special order request.
