How to Use

DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. Ease is for vaginal use only. Do not use on broken, inflamed or irritated skin. Ease is first aid in the case of recurring thrush or BV, not a stand alone treatment. Using the included applicator, insert one suppository (preferably at bedtime) for 1-3 consecutive days. You may benefit from also using one suppository during high risk times such as after s*x or at the end of your period. Avoid intercourse and oral 24-48 hours after using. Wear a pad to protect your undies, as watery discharge from the suppository is normal. If irritation or discomfort should occur after using, discontinue use and consult with your health professional.
