Yes. All orders are packed in plain packaging with no product names or branding visible on the outside.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We offer discreet Australia-wide shipping, calculated at checkout.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day local delivery is available in Port Hedland and South Hedland on eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes. Click and collect is available by appointment. Orders are not left unattended to protect your privacy.

Can I request a product that is not on the website?

Yes. You can submit a Special Order Request and we will do our best to source it for you.

Will anyone know what I ordered?

No. Orders are packed discreetly and customer information is handled confidentially. There is no Desire After Dark branding on the outside of any parcel.

Can I contact you for help choosing a product?

Can I return an item?

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
